School Administrative Assistant
Term Time Only – Salary: £19,004-£19,608
The Governors of St Ambrose Barlow Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an efficient, enthusiastic and approachable School Administration Assistant, who is reliable, self-motivated, and supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the school office; building good relationships with pupils, parents, staff, Governors and outside agencies. As the first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors to the school, the Administration Assistant must be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a challenging role within a supportive environment.
We can offer you:
- A welcoming, supportive team of dedicated staff
- Highly motivated and well-behaved children
- A very happy, child centred environment
- Supportive Governors who are fully committed to our shared vision
- Clear commitment to continuing professional development
